Refund policy

Due to the customized and perishable nature of our compounded prescription medications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Below are the details of our cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellations
New Orders:
Orders may be canceled only before your prescription enters the provider queue. Once medical review begins, your order is locked and non-refundable.
Subscription Orders:
To avoid being billed, cancel at least 5 days before your billing date. For commitment plans, cancellation must occur 5 days before the final billing date to prevent auto-renewal.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including for unopened or unused products. This applies to:
- Temperature-sensitive medications
- Custom-compounded prescriptions
- Orders already shipped or processed
Products must be stored properly upon delivery. We cannot issue refunds for items left unrefrigerated or handled improperly after arrival.
Damaged or Delayed Orders
If your product is damaged or delayed in transit and loses integrity, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We can provide documentation to assist with that process.
Disputes
All billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge. Please contact our support team with any questions or concerns at support@limitlesslivingmd.com.
