We take great care to ensure that your products are safely compounded, carefully packaged, and delivered on time by our trusted pharmacies. Below are the details of our shipping process, timelines, and restrictions.

Shipping Availability

  • Prescriptions: All USA States.

We do not ship prescription products outside of the United States.

 

Shipping Process

For first-time orders, a telehealth consultation is required before submitting prescriptions for shipment.
All prescription orders follow a multi-step fulfillment process:
  1. Medical Review: Each order is reviewed by a licensed provider within 48 hours.
  2. Pharmacy Processing: Approved prescriptions are sent to our partner pharmacy. Fulfillment takes 4–7 business days, unless quoted otherwise during your telehealth call.
  3. Shipment: Once prepared, your order is shipped via the appropriate method for your product.


Shipping Methods and Timelines

  • Refrigerated Products: Overnight shipping once fulfilled
  • Non-refrigerated Items: Standard ground (2-5 business days) after processing

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. 

Order Cut-off Times

To ensure on-time delivery, we begin processing orders up to 10 days before your billing date for subscriptions. Any address changes or cancellations must be submitted prior to that window.

 

Delays or Damages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address submission. If your product is damaged or compromised in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to help facilitate claims where possible.
