Cancellation Effects:

  • Monthly Plans: Cancellation takes effect immediately, no future shipments
  • Multi-Month Plans: Cancellation prevents next term renewal only (you keep current supply)

Late Cancellations:

  • Monthly Plans: One final shipment may process if within fulfillment window
  • Multi-Month Plans: Full renewal term will be charged and binding

Managing Your Subscription

Multi-Month Plan Conditions

  • Cannot be paused, refunded, or canceled mid-term
  • Complete supply ships immediately upon payment
  • Cancellation only prevents future term renewals
  • Auto-renewal occurs unless canceled 5+ days before renewal date
  • Once renewed, you are responsible for the full new term payment

Plan Changes and Modifications

Switching Plans: Contact support at least 7 days before your next billing cycle or manage through your profile

Format Changes: Injectable, nasal, or capsule format changes require 7 days notice

Dosing Adjustments: Work with your provider for any dosing modifications

Medical Requirements

  • All subscriptions require active medical provider approval
  • Providers may adjust or discontinue treatment as medically necessary
  • Subscription does not guarantee continued eligibility
  • Regular medical supervision included in all plans

Payment and Account Management

By subscribing, you authorize:

  • Recurring billing for monthly plans or term renewals for multi-month plans
  • Responsibility for timely cancellation requests
  • All charges through completion of committed terms

Failed payments may result in care suspension or shipment delays.

Company Termination Rights

We may cancel subscriptions for:

  • Payment failures or declined transactions
  • Medical ineligibility determined by providers
  • Policy violations or product misuse

You remain responsible for any charges owed through the term's completion.

Supply Availability

While we maintain reliable medication access, rare shortages or regulatory changes may impact availability. Alternative treatments will be offered when possible, or plans adjusted accordingly.
