What exactly is in it?
You should never swallow something you can't name. Here is every active compound in this tablet and what each one does, in plain words.
Sildenafil
The rapid-acting compound. It increases blood flow where it matters, relatively quickly after you take it. This is the part built for the near term.
Tadalafil
The long-acting compound. It stays active in your system far longer than sildenafil, which means less watching the clock and more room for the evening to unfold.
Apomorphine
Different mechanism entirely. It works centrally, supporting the arousal signaling between brain and body rather than blood flow alone.
Two strengths, chosen by your physician. Sildenafil 55mg with Tadalafil 11mg, or Sildenafil 110mg with Tadalafil 22mg. Both include Apomorphine 2mg. You don't guess the dose; your physician matches it to your health and history.
