How it works

Private from the first question

Guidance included, no pharmacy counter, and no conversation you'd rather skip. Here is the entire process.

Two ways to start: book a free discovery call and talk it through with our team first, or go straight to the online health intake. Either way, a licensed physician personally reviews your information and approves your protocol before anything ships.

1

Answer the questions once

If no discovery call is needed, you answer the health questions right away: a short, confidential questionnaire about your health and every medication you take.

2

A physician reads it

A licensed U.S. physician checks your answers against the safety rules for these compounds, then selects one of two strengths. If it isn't safe for you, they decline and explain why.

3

It ships in a plain box

Your tablets come from a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy with directions written in plain English. Your care team stays reachable after delivery.

What exactly is in it?

You should never swallow something you can't name. Here is every active compound in this tablet and what each one does, in plain words.

Compound 1 · Fast onset

Sildenafil

The rapid-acting compound. It increases blood flow where it matters, relatively quickly after you take it. This is the part built for the near term.

Compound 2 · Long-lasting

Tadalafil

The long-acting compound. It stays active in your system far longer than sildenafil, which means less watching the clock and more room for the evening to unfold.

Compound 3 · Central signal

Apomorphine

Different mechanism entirely. It works centrally, supporting the arousal signaling between brain and body rather than blood flow alone.

Two strengths, chosen by your physician. Sildenafil 55mg with Tadalafil 11mg, or Sildenafil 110mg with Tadalafil 22mg. Both include Apomorphine 2mg. You don't guess the dose; your physician matches it to your health and history.

Built for privacy

Nobody needs to know.

For most men, the hardest part isn't the medication. It's the imagined conversation at the pharmacy counter. We removed that part entirely.

Plain, unmarked packaging

No logo and no product name. The box on your porch looks like every other box on your porch.

A discreet billing descriptor

The line on your card statement doesn't announce what you ordered. Anyone glancing at it learns nothing.

HIPAA-protected records

Your visit and your prescription stay between you and your provider. Nothing is shared with anyone, including your regular doctor, without your consent.

A real physician review

Privacy shouldn't mean going around medicine. A licensed U.S. physician screens your health first, which is the difference between a prescription and an unmarked pill at a gas station register.

The honest part

The part other sites bury

These are real prescription compounds with real rules. You deserve to read them here, not discover them later.

Common side effects

  • Headache or facial flushing while the medication is active.
  • A stuffy or runny nose, usually mild.
  • Upset stomach in some men.
  • These are usually short-lived. If they linger or bother you, your care team can adjust your strength or timing.

Who this is NOT for

  • Anyone taking nitrates, such as nitroglycerin. That combination is dangerous and is an absolute no.
  • Anyone whose doctor has advised against sexual activity for heart reasons.
  • Men on certain blood-pressure medications need a physician review first, so list everything you take on your intake.
  • Seek immediate medical care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours.

Your physician screens for all of this before anything ships.

Physician Q&A

Asked quietly, answered plainly

Physician-guided care, up close PHYSICIAN-GUIDED CARE
Dr. Samuel B. Lee, MD
Dr. Samuel B. Lee, MD · Founder & Medical DirectorAnswered by our medical team, not a bot.
How fast does it work?
Sildenafil is the fast-onset component of the tablet, so the formula is built to act relatively quickly. You take it as directed before intimacy, and your physician gives you exact timing guidance for your strength during your visit.
Can I take it with my heart or blood-pressure medication?
Nitrates, such as nitroglycerin, are an absolute no. That combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Other blood-pressure medications aren't an automatic no, but they require review, which is why your physician reads every medication you list before deciding anything. Be complete on your intake.
Will anyone find out?
Not from us. The box is unmarked and the billing descriptor is discreet. Your records are HIPAA-protected, which means nothing is shared with anyone, including your regular doctor, unless you say so.
What if it doesn't work the first time?
That happens, and it usually isn't the end of the story. Dose and timing often need one adjustment before things click. Tell your care team what happened, and they'll tune your strength or your timing guidance. There are two strengths for exactly this reason.
What does it cost? Do I need insurance?
No insurance needed, and nothing is billed until a physician approves your prescription. Your physician walks through transparent pricing with you during your visit, so there are no surprises on the back end.
Is this like the pills at the gas station?
No. Those products are unregulated, and you can't verify what's actually inside them. This is a prescription with named compounds at stated strengths, made by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. A licensed physician screens your health before it's ever dispensed, and that screening is the whole point.

Important safety information. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Do not take with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) or if advised against sexual activity by your doctor; combining with certain heart medications can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Seek immediate care for an erection lasting over 4 hours. Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of a licensed physician based on individual medical necessity, and availability is subject to FDA and state regulations. These medications are compounded preparations, prepared pursuant to a valid prescription following clinical evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. They are compounded under Sections 503A/503B of the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act by state-licensed pharmacies and FDA-registered outsourcing facilities. Compounded medications are not individually approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness; FDA approval applies to specific manufactured drug products, not to individually compounded preparations. Our pharmacy partners are licensed by their respective state boards of pharmacy and subject to FDA cGMP inspection. Individual results may vary.
